Justin
Justin is a life long shooting and firearms enthusiast. Justin is an Army veteran and a graduate from Central Michigan University's business administration program. Justin left the Army in 2007 to join the Indiana Air National Guard Security Forces squadron and later served in communications.
Justin then was hired to work as a police officer where he is serving into his 17th year in law enforcement and was promoted to a supervisory roll for the last 3 plus years.
Justin has attended multiple schools and training while employed as a police officer. Some of his schools include certification from Singleton International as a MP5 submachinegun and AR15/M4 instructor. Justin is also a Less Lethal Munitions Instructor as well.
Justin has attended multiple other instructor level courses and is always looking to train. Justin hopes to use his past experience and training to help those who are new and struggle in shooting to realize their full potential in a positive learning environment.
Justin is the active managing member of Precision Arms of Indiana LLC and the solw owner. Justin looks forward to bringing others into the shooting and hunting world through Precision Arms. Justin is also proud to be a law enforcement dealer in Heckler & Koch, Surefire, Daniel Defense, Eotech, ALS Less Lethal, Geissele Automatics, HUXWRX, KGM, B&T USA, United Shield and Benelli Law Enforcement.
Todd
Todd has been with Precision Arms since 2017. He is the general manager of the retail andonline stores and works on law enforcement sales and government contracts. He started withthe company as an intern through his school’s career program. Over time, Todd gained moreresponsibilities at the company and developed experience within the firearms industry. Whileworking with the company, Todd pursued his college education in accounting and businessmanagement and earned his Master of Business Administration in early 2023.
Todd is prior service with the US Army Reserve. He was a unit supply specialist and held the unit armorer position for his battalion’s headquarters company.
Alex
Alex has been with Precision Arms since 2020. He is the assistant manager for the retail store and online sales. He can usually be found in the office at the retail store listing products online, shipping products, and cross-training other staff. Alex got his start at the company during the Covid-19 pandemic which had a tremendously modified firearms market. He was “thrown into the fire” and handled himself extremely well. He is pursuing a degree in business administration while working with us full time. He has continued to gain experience and responsibilities and has proven himself a highly valuable member of the team.
Alex is prior service with the US Army Reserve.
Gwen
Gwen has been with Precision Arms since 2023. She works in our retail store assisting customers as well as listing and shipping products for our online sales. She has developed a wide range of knowledge in the firearms industry and is always learning more.
Eden
Eden has been with Precision Arms since 2023. She works in the front of our retail store assisting customers. Before she joined our team, she previously worked at two other shops in different states. She has also worked at a firearms manufacturer and has done promotional work for several firearm brands. She has been in the firearms industry for over 10 years. Shehas experience with a wide range of firearms and is always eager to continue to learn.
